$2.5 MILLION

For a construction worker who broke his arm when he fell at a construction site due to the negligence of the property owner.

Our client, who is a plasterer and painter, was working on a Bakers Scaffold while plastering walls at a job site.  The wheels on the scaffold were in disrepair, causing the scaffold to shift away from the wall, resulting in our client falling approximately 13 feet to the ground.  As a result, our client sustained a displaced fracture of his arm bone requiring surgical intervention at a local trauma center.  The case was litigated and settled just prior to trial.
