For a non union laborer who broke his leg when he fell at a job site due to the negligence of the general contractor. 

Our client, a Brooklyn man, was standing on a defective A-Frame ladder while painting at a construction site.  The ladder shifted, causing him to lose his balance and fall.  Our client sustained a displaced fracture of his tibia, requiring him to undergo surgery with placement of hardware.  The case settled prior to trial.
